Dear Parents and Families,
Get ready to don your elf ears and prepare the knights, the annual Scholastic Book Fair is here to help ignite and nurture your child’s passion for reading! There will be a fantastic selection of affordable titles for every reading level!
Book Fair dates for students:
November 28 – December 4 during regular school hours
Book Fair dates for parents:
November 29, 3:30 – 7:30, and December 3, 3:30 – 6:30
Or shop online November 22 – December 5 at www.scholastic.com/fair
All students will browse the book fair before it opens, making a wish list to bring home and discuss with parents. Cash and checks are welcome during student shopping. Please send payment in an envelope with your child’s name on it. Make checks out to Memorial Elementary and write “Book Fair” on the memo line. Credit cards are welcome during the parent shopping hours.
In addition to child wish lists, each teacher will be creating a wish list of titles they desire to add to their classrooms, please keep this in consideration when attending; as a book given to a classroom with help nurture the minds of many.
