Each year, New Hampshire public schools are required to assess students using a standardized assessment. These statewide assessments are an important part of a student's core educational program and, along with student work, provide teachers and parents with important information about where students are on their path toward academic success. This letter from the NH Department of Education provides detailed information on the assessments including requirements by grade level, exemptions, results, and practice tests. Memorial School students will be taking the SAS assessments this spring (more details to come soon).
