Note: Students may carry their inhalers on their person in school and use it at their own discretion, provided an "Inhaled Medication Administration Form" completed by both the healthcare provider and the parent/guardian giving approval, is on file in the Health Office. This form is used for any inhaled medication in school and can be downloaded by clicking below.
