School Board Home Policy Manual

The Policy Manual of the Sanborn Regional School District is maintained by the Sanborn Regional School Board. This on-line version has been made available in the interest of providing easy access to the policies of the District.

The Sanborn Regional School Board adopted the National School Board Association policy system in 1971.  This system includes the binder and indexing system, as well as supplementary information.  These can be found with the "hard" copy versions of the Policy Manual.  A copy of the Policy Manual is located at the media center of each school within the District as well as at the public libraries in Newton and Kingston.

If you know the policy section or policy letter code of the policy you would like to view, please follow this link to the on-line Policy Manual Index.  If you are interested in reviewing the current school year's newly adopted policies, please click this link.

A PDF file is a self-contained cross-platform document.  In plain language, it is a file that will look the same on the screen and in print, regardless of what kind of computer or printer someone is using and regardless of what software package was originally used to create it.
