Shelter in Place Procedures (essentially the same as lockdown, with the exception of taping air entrances):

	Students are to be cleared from hallways, outdoor areas, bathrooms, or the cafeteria and enter the nearest classroom or adult supervised area
	Close and lock all windows and doors - no one is to leave the room for any reason
	Tape and secure all air entrances to the classroom spaces - including around windows, doors, and vents
	Quickly move away from all doors and windows
	Students should sit on the floor away from all doors and windows
	Teacher should take attendance
	Wait for further instructions from administration or safety personnel
	Resume normal activity after announcement is made that the danger necessitating shelter in place has passed
